What we never do
We never ask for money, a deposit or a fee — before, during or after a placement. Act 380/2023, section 144.
We never ask you to hand over your original passport before a signed employment contract.
We do not ask for your personal identity code, date of birth, home address, citizenship, photo, bank details, health or family data in the profile form. Act 759/2004, section 3 allows only what is directly necessary for the employment relationship.

We do not publish service prices, our margin, or the names of the contractors we work for.

We never ask for money, deposits, "processing fees" or your passport before a signed contract. Finnish law (Act 380/2023) and Google's Supplier Code of Conduct prohibit charging workers any recruitment fee. Every message from us carries your application or request ID; if a message has no ID or comes from a different domain, do not reply to it — forward it to info@gene-works.fi.
