Wanted: Precast and facade installer for data-centre construction in Finland
Precast elements, envelope panels, sealing. Employment with Gene-Works Oy under Finnish law and the collective agreement for the building construction sector 2025–2028.
Pay
Pay is set by the collective agreement for the building construction sector 2025–2028. Most people start with us in pay group IV–V: 17.12–18.64 € an hour (pay table valid from 1 June 2026) plus the 7.7 % separate component of the agreement. Evening and night work, qualifications and foreman duties add supplements. Your own group and take-home pay: pay calculator for this trade.
Where you will work and live
On data-centre construction sites in Finland. Current projects are in Hamina, Kajaani, Muhos, Espoo and Kirkkonummi; see where the work is. The exact site, start date and housing depend on the project and are agreed with you before you travel. Accommodation and transport to the site are arranged by us and confirmed for each assignment.

Occupational Safety Card (Työturvallisuuskortti)
Needed before you travel.
Finnish personal identity code and tax number (veronumero) with public register entry

Valtti card (photo ID with tax number)
Can be arranged after arrival.
Lifts, forklifts, slinging and work at height — employer's written permit
Can be arranged after arrival.
